Member News | The Adecco Group

Strong growth and continued momentum for our member, Adecco Group.
Adecco Group has reported its Q2 2026 results, marking a fifth consecutive quarter of organic revenue growth, at +5.6% year-on-year, alongside continued market share gains.

The Group recorded 5.6% organic revenue growth year-on-year, marking its fifth consecutive quarter of growth, while gaining 160 basis points in market share. The Adecco business itself grew by 6.6%, supported by strong performance across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA.

Technology-enabled productivity remains an important part of the Group's strategy, with Adecco already reaching its full-year target of 50% of revenues being agent-enabled and raising its ambition to 70% by the end of 2026.
