S.C Transilvania Production S.R.L, a private capital company, was founded in the spring of 1993 and its scope of activity is the manufacture of solid wood furniture. We started out our activity with about 10 employees, manufacturing furniture only for the internal market; due to the expertise we have gained and each member’s commitment, we currently operate with more than 200 employees and our pro
ducts are appreciated overseas as well, in countries such as Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland and the UK. By carrying out our activity in the heart of the Apuseni Mountains, where the fir trees, pines and spruces have been friends with the inhabitants for hundreds of years, we decided to capitalize on the wealth of nature and as such resinous wood became our working tool. In order to keep this “friendship” alive, the care for the environment is another creed of the company. Each tree which is felled down, manufactured with expertise and turned into a beautifully carved and varnished piece of furniture in your living room is replaced with another younger tree, so that the fir and spruce forest remains equally imposing over the centuries. The client is our top priority; that is why we take into account its every demand, to offer high quality solid wood furniture. Since we also manufacture custom-made furniture, the client may contribute his or her own ideas to the design of that piece of furniture or may choose from a vast range of products which perfectly bend over the wishes of each client.
