šļø A well-executed project starts long before the first panel reaches the site.
This 140 m² residential project in the Netherlands is the result of what happens when design, engineering, and manufacturing work together from day one.
Working from our business partner's plans, we transformed the project into a fully prefabricated timber structure kit, manufactured at our facility and delivered ready for assembly on site.
šš» The exterior walls were built using a 45Ć195 mm Timber Frame system, incorporating dual layers of mineral wool insulation, vapour control membrane, OSB sheathing, Habito plasterboard, and a highly breathable membrane, covering the faƧade with timber cladding.
šš» Inside, the partition walls were produced on a 45Ć145 mm timber frame, combining mineral wool insulation, acoustic rolls, OSB, and gypsum boards to meet both structural and acoustic performance requirements.
Successful timber construction is defined by everything that happens before work begins on site, not just by what takes place during assembly.
That is what we mean by The Industrial Standard.
