We are able to print and laminate up to 4 layers of any type of flexible packaging materials: paper, PET, PVC, OPP, self adhesives and aluminum foil. Using cutting edge offset printing equipment and techniques, we deliver excellent ink density and gradation control, ensuring a high quality, sharp, fine image very similar to rotogravure, with much lower costs. High quality offset printing ( 240lines/inch ) – similar quality to rotogravure printing. Printing setup up costs to as low as 10% of the costs generated by rotogravure printing. Usage of EB ink (electron beam) highly resistant to heat, abrasion (friction) and solvents and guaranteed to keep the packaged product odorless.
