𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
Lead design and integration of LV/MV distribution, VFD systems, switchboards, and MCCs for marine retrofit projects;
Specify drive systems, execute power calculations, and ensure class compliance (DNV, ABS, LR) through to FAT/SAT and commissioning.

8+ years of marine/offshore electrical engineering experience;
Proven hands-on expertise with VFD systems and drive parameterization;

🏗️ Construction of the GLO MARINE 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 has passed 𝟳𝟬% 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Once operational, the Centre will be our dedicated hub for skid-based and 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 - for maritime, offshore and energy applications.

These systems are not equipment supply. Behind the core equipment sits mechanical and electrical engineering, automation and controls, system integration, testing and compliance certification - tightly coupled, and all of it needing to work as a single scope. That coordination across disciplines is where these projects succeed or fail.

The facility brings those capabilities under one roof, alongside the engineering and project delivery track record GLO MARINE already has.

Procurement is a critical enabler of project success: retrofit and conversion programmes rely on the timely sourcing of the right equipment, materials, and subcontractors, delivered to specification and in line with technical requirements. To strengthen this area, GLO MARINE has welcomed Seidali Șenol as our new Procurement Coordinator.

Senol brings over two decades of experience in shipbuilding, tender management, technical coordination, and supplier engagement across newbuilding, retrofit, and offshore projects. He has coordinated technical and commercial activities, managed supplier negotiations, and supported the delivery of complex engineering programmes.

With his combination of technical and commercial expertise, Senol will play a key role in strengthening GLO Marine's procurement capabilities and supporting the efficient delivery of projects across our portfolio.
