LUSIN® LUB PZO 152 de la Chem-Trend
Pastă specială de lubrifiere și asamblare

Lusin® Lub PZO 152 este un lubrifiant conceput special pentru piesele mobile din matrițe. Este rezistent la presiune ridicată și protejează împotriva coroziunii și a coroziunii de fretare. Previne alunecarea sacadată, este rezistent la apă fierbinte și gaze corozive care apar la procesarea polimerilor. Se întinde ușor, prezintă un grad fiabil de adeziune la punctul de frecare. Lubrifiantul este adecvat pentru temperaturi de aplicare (temperaturi matriță) de până la 150°C.
Produsul se poate utiliza pentru întreținere sau reparații, mai ales pentru suprafețe glisante (viteze de alunecare mici sau medii), pentru utilizări unde poate apărea alunecarea sacadată (stick slip) și în aplicații supuse unor sarcini statice și dinamice mari.

Ultra Purge™ 1220

Ultra Purge 1220 poat fi utilizaț atât pentru procedurile de oprire, cât și pentru repornire a echipamentelor de procesare a plasticului. Purjarea echipamentului cu Ultra Purge 1220 va elimina polimerul vechi din sistem, eliminând astfel riscul de carbonizare care va cauza pete negre, uneori chiar la câteva ore după începerea producției. Pe baza experienței de bună practică a numeroșilor noștri clienți, vă recomandăm să curățați mașina atât la oprire, cât și la repornire.

Ce este Ultra Purge™ ?
✅ Compus de purjare granular gata de utilizare pentru tot sistemul de purjare a termoplasticului din mașinilor de turnat prin injecție și extrudare;
✅ Potrivit pentru a fi utilizat la temperaturi de procesare de la 160°C la 350°C;
✅ Pentru PE, PP, PVC (dur), POM, PA6, PA66, precum și PS, TPR, TPE, TPU, ABS;
