How do you choose the right Neuron-Spectrum system for your clinical needs?

In clinical practice, an EEG system should streamline the workflow rather than slow it down, helping clinicians obtain high-quality results quickly and efficiently.

Within the Neuron-Spectrum product line, each system is designed for a specific clinical application:

πŸ”Ή Neuron-Spectrum-63 β€” a versatile solution for routine EEG and everyday clinical practice, combining high-performance operation with ease of use. It serves as the ideal entry-level system for routine EEG examinations.
πŸ”Ή Neuron-Spectrum-64 β€” a dedicated system for long-term studies and video EEG monitoring, delivering reliable performance in both hospital departments and intensive care units.
πŸ”Ή Neuron-Spectrum-65 β€” an advanced solution for complex clinical and research applications in electroencephalography and polysomnography.

As a result, clinicians get not an overloaded, one-size-fits-all device, but a purpose-built solution tailored to their specific needs β€” from routine EEG examinations to advanced research applications.

Neuro-MS.NΠ•T v3.2.14.0 is now available

The latest version of Neuro-MS.NΠ•T, Neurosoft's software for transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and extracorporeal magnetic stimulation (ExMS), introduces new features designed to make stimulation sessions more flexible, accurate and convenient in everyday clinical practice.

What's new?

βœ” More than 150 stimulation protocols are now available, including:
- the accelerated SAINT protocol for depression treatment,
- ExMS protocols for erectile dysfunction, urinary and f***l incontinence,
- rehabilitation after upper limb paresis following brain tumor surgery.

βœ” A dedicated Extracorporeal Magnetic Stimulation (ExMS) category has been added, together with visual guidance to help ensure correct patient positioning during treatment.

βœ” Active Motor Threshold (AMT) assessment has been enhanced with a real-time muscle contraction indicator. The new graphical feedback helps clinicians maintain the target level of tonic muscle contraction during AMT determination, improving measurement accuracy and reducing the risk of over- or underestimating the threshold.

βœ” Numerous additional improvements further enhance the usability and overall workflow of the software.

We encourage all Neuro-MS.NΠ•T users to update to v3.2.14.0 and take advantage of the latest enhancements.

πŸŽ“ Building the Future of Medical Technology Together

Neurosoft has become an industry partner in a new educational initiative launched by Ivanovo State Medical University (IvSMU), one of Russia's oldest medical universities with a long tradition of educating international students and Ivanovo State Power Engineering University (ISPEU). Together, the partners are launching a new Medical Biophysics course.

This collaboration combines medical science, engineering and real-world medical technology development within a single educational pathway. Programs that unite universities with an industrial partner at this level remain uncommon worldwide, making this initiative an important step toward preparing the next generation of specialists for modern healthcare.

As part of the program, Neurosoft will contribute its expertise by providing access to advanced diagnostic equipment, supporting practical training and involving students in real engineering and research projects. By learning directly from practicing engineers, developers and clinical application specialists, future physician-biophysicists will gain experience that bridges academic knowledge with clinical practice.

At Neurosoft, we believe that collaboration between universities and industry is essential for advancing healthcare. We are proud to share our expertise and help prepare specialists who will develop the next generation of medical technologies.

International TMS Course in Hanoi – Registration Now Open!

On November 7–8, 2026, Neurosoft, together with its partner Mosneuro Vietnam, will host an international Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Course at 108 Military Central Hospital in Hanoi, Vietnam.

For the first time, the course will be held in a hospital-based clinical setting, providing participants with an opportunity to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience in a real clinical environment and observe the application of modern TMS protocols in everyday medical practice.

The program is designed for specialists with different levels of experience and offers two training tracks:

Level 1 – Fundamentals
Ideal for those who start practice, covering core principles, safety protocols, and basic stimulation techniques.
Level 2 – Proficiency
Designed for experienced practitioners who already use method and want to deepen their expertise with complex protocols, emerging applications, and hands-on case discussions.

The course faculty will include leading specialists from Vietnam's and Russia's top scientific and medical institutions. They'll share cutting-edge insights and practical wisdom drawn from years of clinical experience.

Registration is open from today until October 25, 2026. Spots are limited due to the clinical setting, so we encourage early booking.
We look forward to welcoming you to Hanoi!

Neuro-Audio Study: New Pediatric ABR Normative Data Published in Brazil

Researchers from the Federal University of SΓ£o Paulo (UNIFESP/EPM), Brazil, have published the results of a study addressing one of the key challenges in pediatric audiology β€” establishing normative Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) values for children up to 3 years of age using the Neuro-Audio system by Neurosoft.

Because recorded ABR parameters may vary depending on the diagnostic system used, equipment-specific normative reference data are essential for accurate interpretation of test results and early identification of hearing disorders. Until now, independent reference values for the Neuro-Audio system had only been available for adults, limiting the interpretation of pediatric ABR recordings.

The study included more than 200 children with confirmed normal hearing, ranging in age from two weeks to three years. Based on the collected data, the researchers established age-specific normative values for ABR wave latencies and interpeak intervals and evaluated the influence of age, s*x, and test ear on the recorded responses.

The implementation of these normative data into clinical practice will help audiologists, hearing care professionals, and neurologists assess auditory brainstem maturation more accurately and improve the early detection of both peripheral and central hearing disorders during the first years of life.

We are pleased to see Neurosoft technologies continuing to support international scientific research and contribute to the advancement of objective hearing assessment in children.

Neurosoft in Scientific Collaboration on Gene Therapy Development for Rare Hereditary Diseases

Recently, representatives of Neurosoft’s Non-invasive Neuromodulation team visited one of the branches of the Federal Research Center for Original and Advanced Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Technologies, where gene therapies based on adeno-associated vectors are being developed for the treatment of rare hereditary diseases.

One of the research groups is working on the problem of adrenoleukodystrophy. Their ultimate goal is to stop neurodegeneration and prevent a fatal outcome. To achieve this, the scientists are creating a mouse model whose phenotype closely reproduces the human one. The study will last approximately one year, and the animals will remain in the experiment throughout its duration. At several predefined checkpoints (up to 40 mice at each), motor, behavioral and electrophysiological tests will be performed. This will make it possible to demonstrate the effectiveness of the therapy not only at the molecular level but also at the functional level.

Particular importance in this work is given to the objective assessment of the neuromuscular system and corticospinal tract conduction. For the study, the project team uses the Neurosoft Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation system equipped with a coil for translational research on small animals and a dedicated cooling unit and the Litebox EMG device.

During the visit a comprehensive technical training session was conducted, and the operation of the software and equipment was demonstrated both on humans and on rodents. And of course it was a pleasure to meet the research team in person.

Our company provides the researchers with comprehensive methodological and technical support. We believe that behind every recorded mouse motor response lies the future of saving human lives.
