Russian Knights Aerobatic Team Russian Knights is a Russian aerobatic team flying Su-27 aircraft. Russian Knights pilots are real professionals in what they do.

It was created on April 5th, 1991 on the basis of the 237th Air Force regiment stationed at Kubinka air base. This team became the first Soviet aerobatic team doing shows outside the USSR when it travelled to the UK in 1991. Kubinka pilots were the first ones in the USSR who mastered solo and formation aerobatics on fighter jets: in 1946 they flew in formation at the military parade in Moscow for

the first time. Russian Knights is very unique as it is the only aerobatic team in the world performing formation aerobatics on heavy fighter jets. The team is a welcome participant at all air shows in Russia and abroad.
