DP’s key specialization lies in retail, hospitality and mixed-use projects and as of today the company have designed and managed over two million square meters of projects. Six of them are under construction and to be commissioned in 2014. DP employs more than fifty talented, enthusiastic, creative and dedicated architects, designers, engineers and project managers, who strive for outstanding design and management, supported by innovative technologies and deep client orientation. This variety also gives assurance and capability to run multiple projects from the concept stage to the construction completion in a holistic manner. Being a full service project management company, DP has a broad range of expertise in architectural and engineering design, landscape and urban design, feasibility studies and construction project management. Участие в конкурсе Urban Awards 2018.

Объекты "AQUATORIA" многофункциональный жилой комплекс бизнес-класса с собственной набережной и "SOHO+NOHO" многофункциональный гостиничный комплекс с апартаментами и подземной автостоянкой, над проектами которых работает наша команда, участвуют в престижном конкурсе Urban Awards 2018.
Комплекс "AQUATORIA" номинирован на 3 номинации: лучшая концепция благоустройства и инфраструктуры; лучший проект комплексной застройки; лучший строящийся жилой комплекс бизнес-класса и прошел в финал в номинации "Лучший проект комплексной застройки".
А комплекс "SOHO+NOHO" номинирован на 2 номинации:лучшая концепция благоустройства и инфраструктуры; лучший комплекс апартаментов бизнес-класса и прошел в финал в номинации "Лучший комплекс апартаментов бизнес-класса".
Все участвующие объекты проходят многочисленную проверку. Анкеты участников и проектная документация проверяются на соответствие объявленным критериям премии и после чего необходимо защитить свои проекты.
А также, с 08 ноября стартовало голосование за лучшую новостройку по версии "Яндекс.Недвижимость" и продлится до 21 ноября включительно. Победитель в ней определяется по результатам онлайн-голосования, в котором участвуют потенциальные покупатели недвижимости. В этом году в состав номинантов вошли 28 проектов бизнес-класса Москвы среди которых участвуют и эти 2 объекта.

Participation in the competition Urban Awards 2018.

Objects "AQUATORIA" is a multifunctional residential complex of business class with its own embankment and "SOHO + NOHO" multifunctional hotel complex with apartments and underground parking, on the projects that our team works on, participate in the prestigious competition Urban Awards 2018.

The complex "AQUATORIA" is nominated for 3 nominations: the best concept of improvement and infrastructure; the best integrated development project; best business class residential complex under construction and reached the final in the nomination "The best integrated development project".

And the complex "SOHO + NOHO" is nominated for 2 nominations: the best concept of improvement and infrastructure; the best complex of apartments of business class and reached the final in the nomination "The best complex of apartments of business class".

All participating objects undergo numerous checks. Application forms and project documentation are checked for compliance with the announced criteria for the award, and then it is necessary to protect their projects.
And also, from November 8, the voting started for the best new building according to Yandex.Realty and will run until November 21 inclusive.
The winner in it is determined by the results of online voting, in which potential property buyers participate.This year, the nominees included 28 business-class projects in Moscow, among which these 2 objects are participating.

Являясь динамично развивающейся компанией мы не стоим на месте и стремительно развиваемся. Не так давно наша компания заключила очередной договор в качестве Генерального проектировщика на разработку проекта стадии "Рабочая документация" и проекта "Интерьерные решения" для объекта "Многофункциональный жилой комплекс с отелем "BVLGARI HOTELS & RESORTS". Дизайн фасада отеля был разработан итальянской компанией Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners в сотрудничестве с одним из самых известных российских архитектурных бюро ATRIUM.
Нами проекты будут выполняться по уникальной технологии проектирования ( моделирование) используя самую высокую степень детализации.
Этот отель относится к категории класса "люкс" и разместится недалеко от главных достопримечательностей города. Расположенный всего в 300 метрах от Кремля и Красной площади отель займет площадь целого городского квартала в одном из колоритных исторических районов Москвы.
Для нас является большой честью проектировать объекты такого уровня и параллельно наблюдать за тем, как проект реализовывают.

Being a dinamically developing company we are not standig still and developing rapidly. Recently DP signed contract as an General designer for preparing working documentation and and Interior design works for multifuncional complex “BVLGARI HOTELS & RESORTS”. Design of the of hotel is prepared by Italian company Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel & Partners in cooperation
with ATRIUM company.
The project will be performed by unique drafting technology with using highest LOD.
This hotel categorised as an luxury class and and is located in the hearth of Moscow, 300 meters from Kremlin and Red square.

We are proud of participating in the realization of such a unique project.
