Ruscana Engineering is ready to offer its customers roll forming equipment with three versions of roll forming section: in channel bar, in stations and in half-stations. Let us dwell on each option and tell you a little about them.

A). Version of roll forming section in channel bar.
The upper and lower rows of the mill stands are made in channel bar.
This version, as well as the version in the stations is the most popular among users of roll forming equipment.
Advantages and disadvantages:
+ rigidity and stability of the structure
+ price of the roll forming section is the lowest for this version
- time of the adjustment of one mill stand for required metal thickness takes up to 3 minutes in average
- inconvenience of adjustment (in 3 steps)

B). Version of roll forming section in stations.
The upper and lower rows of the mill stands of roll forming section are made in stations.
Advantages and disadvantages:
+ rigidity and stability of the structure
+ time of the adjustment of one mill stand for required metal thickness takes less then 1 minute in average
+ convenient adjustment (in 1 step)
- is more expensive solution

C). Version of roll forming section in half-stations.
The upper row of mill stands is made in stations and low row of mill stands in channel bar.
This design solution combines only the best of both previously announced versions of mill stands:
+ rigidity and stability of the structure
+ convenient adjustment (in 1 step)
+ time of the adjustment of one mill stand for required metal thickness takes less then 1 minute in average
+ reasonable price

The upper row of roll forming shafts is made in station which provides convenient adjustment of gaps for different metal thicknesses.
The low row is made in channel bar for regidity of the structure.

This equipment was manufactured taking into account the most advanced developments and achievements of the company in the field of slitting metal coil, has the characteristics of high-production equipment and will be the best choice for your business.

The distinctive features of this line are:

Easy-to-use electronic ruler, in times simplifies the process of setting knives at a specified width.

Bonded Stripper Rings
This is a part of the instrument tooling of a slitting module, which is a rubberized ring, with a hardened steel core. The main function is to expel metal during the slitting process, thereby preventing it from sticking and ensuring it's broaching when slitting.

In view of the fact that this line is used for processing metal with thickness of 0.4 - 3.0 mm, a special attention was paid to the dense fixation and clamping of metal strips in the cutting zone of the guillotine. The cut is straight and without jags.

To prevent unwinding of the metal strips, the ends of the strips are securely fixed in the drum of the recoiler.
Feeding system of this line provides edge bending device before feeding metal into the line.

Metal coil with thickness over 1.00 mm being on the shaft of the decoiler has the property of unwinding.
The decoiler of this line is equipped with a powerful hydraulic clamping unit, which serves for clamping and securely fixing metal preventing its unwinding.

Company «Ruscana Engineering» developed and manufactured metal tile roll forming line for producing metal tile «Camel 23».

This type of metal tile has an expressive shape with a profile height of 23 mm and a useful width of 1130 mm.

Such profile can be produced as a classical version with a specified length and in a modular design - for one or two waves.
