Artiyapi Saudi Arabian - Al Khafji The construction site is located on the right side of Dammam Kuwait high way, just after the intersection of Khafji city center entrance.

Although it is in Khafji city borders the land is about 3-4 km away from the center of Khafji. It is 310 km away from Dammam city. The land is aproximately 300.000 sqm whereas the construction is about 28.000 sqm. The duration for construction is 30 months. The project has 2 phase;

PHASE I: THE MAIN BUILDING: The main building is a 2 storey (ground floor and first floor) precast building where on

e floor is 14.000 sqm. PHASE II: SERVICE BUILDINGS AND SITE WORKS: Such as mechanical room, guard rooms, electrical room and also site works including levelling, parking areas, fencing and furnishing and elevators of main building.
