Turbocharger Shaft Component
📝The turbocharger shaft, as one of the key components inside the turbocharger, is a precision part that operates at high speeds and extreme temperatures. The manufacturing process is complex, requiring high precision and material selection. It is the core technology of turbocharger manufacturing, ensuring reliable and quiet operation at high speeds.
📝The turbocharger shaft can be made of three different superalloy materials to suit the operating conditions of the turbocharger. It consists of a high-grade steel shaft and a turbine wheel. The turbine wheel is electron beam welded onto the shaft, creating an extremely strong and reliable weld joint.
🧐Each turbocharger shaft is specially designed, with the turbine wheel featuring a complex aerodynamic shape. Exhaust gases enter through the turbine wheel blades' guide vanes, maximizing energy transfer through rotation. The contour profile strictly matches the shape of the turbocharger housing, with very small clearances. Finally, the exhaust gases are expelled from the turbocharger through the outlet diffuser into the exhaust system.

The causes of excessively high temperatures🧐
Excessive exhaust gas and turbo temperatures have a number of different causes, including:
1.Poor quality oil – that does not divert heat away from the turbo effectively enough, or carbonises because it cannot withstand the high temperatures generated by a turbocharged engine
2.Excessive oil temperatures – as a result of any number of mechanical/cooling system faults
3.Improper performance remapping – that over delivers fuel beyond the acceptable tolerances of the engine
4.Improper or poorly completed engine modifications – that over deliver fuel, or push the engine beyond its capabilities
5.Poor maintenance/lack of servicing – and the knock on effects of improper oil management
6.Driving style – working the engine too hard before it has had time to warm up, and turning the engine off without letting the turbo slow down and cool off after extended journeys

أسباب ارتفاع درجات الحرارة بشكل مفرط🧐
غاز العادم المفرط ودرجات الحرارة التيربو لها عدد من الأسباب المختلفة، منها:
1. زيت رديء الجودة - الذي لا يحول الحرارة بعيدا عن التيربو بفعالية كافية، أو الكربونات لأنه لا يستطيع تحمل درجات الحرارة المرتفعة التي يولدها محرك توربو
2. درجات حرارة النفط المفرطة - نتيجة لأي عدد من الأعطال الميكانيكية/أنظمة التبريد
3. إعادة الأداء غير اللائق - الذي يوفر الوقود أكثر من اللازم بما يتجاوز التسامح المقبول للمحرك
4. تعديلات غير سليمة أو سيئة اكتمال المحرك - التي تفرط في توصيل الوقود، أو تدفع المحرك إلى أبعد من قدراته
5. سوء الصيانة / نقص الخدمة - وطرق الآثار المترتبة على سوء إدارة النفط
6. أسلوب القيادة - عمل المحرك بجد كبير قبل أن يكون لديه الوقت للتدفئة، وإطفاء المحرك دون السماح للتوربو أن يتباطأ ويبرد بعد رحلات طويلة

How a turbocharger works？
The turborcharger uses the exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust pipe to push the turbine to rotate at high speed. At the same time, it drives the compressor impeller to rotate at high speed through the rotor shaft. The speed can be as high as 50000~230000r/min. The high-speed rotating compressor impeller increases the inhaled air. The pressure greatly increases the density of air entering the cylinder and increases the power of the diesel engine.
The turbocharger is an important component used to increase engine power and reduce exhaust emissions.
