Today MEPCO produces recycled fiber based products:

Testliner (Cameliner)
Fluting (Mepco Flute), and SC fluting
Coreboard (Mepcore)
Plaster linerboard and absorbent kraft (recently added)

The three paper machines are
PM1 90 000 tons / annum (New Overmeccanica PM 2001)
PM2 180 000 tons / annum (2nd hand PM from British Plasterboard, UK 2006)
PM3 220 000 tons / annum (2nd hand PM from

Warehouser, USA 2011)

The main fiber raw material is recovered paper (mainly OCC). The company has recently expanded its product range to include also plaster linerboard, coreboard and absorbent kraft paper. Waste Management and Recycling Company (WASCO) is a limited liability company established in 2004. The company is specialized in collection, recycling and sale of OCC. It is an integrated 100% subsidiary of MEPCO.

Products

MEPCO Mill is engaged in the manufacturing of corrugated paper from waste paper pulp and also in the manufacturing of converted paper products.
Containerboard

Containerboard is used in making corrugated boxes. The focus is on unbleached recycled fiber based grades:

– Testliner , brand name CAMELINER
– Recycled fluting, brand name MEPCOFLUTE
– SC fluting (based on recycled fibre)

Plaster linerboard

Plaster linerboard (or gypsum linerboard) is used as top and bottom liner in making gypsum board, brand name is MEPLAST

Coreboard

Coreboard is used for making cores for paper, textile, plastic, etc. industries, brand name is MEPCORE

Absorbent kraft paper

Absorbent kraft (also called saturated kraft paper) is typically used as a core for laminates on which décor paper is laminated or as a backing paper for these boards. Brand name is ABS Kraft
