You must not have all activities as critical
Because,
If every activity is marked as critical:
* You cannot identify the real schedule risks. The critical path loses its purpose.
* Prioritization becomes impossible. The project team won’t know which tasks need immediate attention.
* Resources may be allocated inefficiently because everything appears equally urgent.
* The schedule may indicate poor planning, such as excessive constraints, incorrect relationships, or unrealistic durations.
* Float (slack) disappears, leaving no flexibility to absorb minor delays.

A well-developed schedule should contain:

* Critical activities (Total Float = 0 or below the critical threshold) that directly affect the project completion date.
* Non-critical activities with positive float, allowing some scheduling flexibility without delaying the project.

Agar interview ya office QA/QC ke liye Civil 3D Pressure Network Model check karna ho, to main ye points verify karta hoon:

1. Alignment & Layout

* Pipe alignment approved route ke mutabiq hai.
* Unnecessary bends nahi hain.
* Horizontal aur vertical alignment clear hai.

2. Pipe Properties

* Pipe diameter (DN) correct hai.
* Pipe material (DI, HDPE, PVC, Steel, etc.) sahi assigned hai.
* Pressure class (PN rating) design ke mutabiq hai.
* Pipe length aur slope verify karna.

3. Cover Depth

* Minimum aur maximum cover check karna.
* Kahin pipe ground surface ke bohat qareeb ya bohat neeche to nahi.

4. Fittings

* Elbows, tees, reducers aur bends correct locations par hain.
* Bend angles design drawings se match karte hain.
* Required fittings missing to nahi.

5. Appurtenances

* Valves (Gate, Butterfly, Air Release, Washout) sahi locations par.
* Fire hydrants agar required hon to spacing aur location check.
* Connections complete hain.

6. Network Connectivity

* Koi disconnected pipe ya fitting nahi.
* Sab pipes properly connected hain.
* Dead ends sirf jahan design mein required hon.

7. Crossings & Clashes

* Sewer, storm drain, gas aur utility crossings check.
* Required vertical clearance maintain ho.

Before approval, main ye 5 cheezen zaroor dekhta hoon:

1. No disconnected parts.
2. No pipe clashes with other utilities.
3. Cover depth within standards.
4. Correct pipe sizes and materials.
5. All valves, fittings, and hydrants correctly placed and labeled.

Ye checklist aam tor par consultant aur contractor dono ke Pressure Network QA/QC review mein use hoti hai.
