الفعال الأسئلة التالية:
ما الذي حدث؟
لماذا حدث؟
ما الذي يجب تغييره لمنع تكراره؟

سواء كانت المشكلة تتعلق بعملية ما، أو قياس، أو حالة معدات، أو إجراء موثق، ينبغي أن يعالج الإجراء التصحيحي السبب الجذري للمشكلة، بدلاً من الاكتفاء بمعالجة العرض المباشر.

Finding a deviation is only the beginning. An effective QHSE system asks,,,

What happened?
Why did it happen?
What needs to change to prevent recurrence?

Whether the issue involves a process, measurement, equipment condition, or documented procedure, corrective action should address the underlying cause rather than simply treating the immediate symptom.
This creates a stronger cycle:

Detect → Investigate → Correct → Verify → Prevent

A mature QHSE culture turns deviations into opportunities to strengthen processes.

تنطوي كل عملية قياس على قدر من عدم اليقين؛ فنتيجة القياس ليست مجرد رقم، بل تقترن بمستوى من "عدم اليقين في القياس" يساعد في تحديد النطاق الذي يُتوقع أن تقع ضمنه القيمة الحقيقية، وذلك استناداً إلى عملية القياس والعوامل المؤثرة ذات الصلة.

يُعد فهم عدم اليقين في القياس أمراً مهماً عند تقييم مدى ملاءمة نتيجة القياس للغرض المقصود منها.

وتشمل العوامل المؤثرة ما يلي:

• أداء أداة القياس
• المعايير المرجعية
• الظروف البيئية
• إجراءات القياس
• دقة التمييز (Resolution)
• القابلية للتكرار (Repeatability)
• مصادر التباين الأخرى ذات الصلة

Understanding measurement uncertainty is important when evaluating whether a measurement result is suitable for its intended purpose.

Factors can include:
• Instrument performance
• Reference standards
• Environmental conditions
• Measurement procedure
• Resolution
• Repeatability
• Other relevant sources of variation

For calibration laboratories and organizations managing critical measurements, understanding uncertainty supports more informed interpretation of calibration results.
