We are pleased to announce that SETRA's contribution to the Olaya Business Tower project in Riyadh is currently in progress for Madr Investment Co., with Zuhair Fayez Partnership Consultants serving as the project consultant.

The project consists of two office towers, featuring four basement levels for car parking, a ground floor, showrooms, and seven office floors in each tower, with a total built-up area of 58,495 m².

SETRA's scope encompasses the supply, programming, testing, and commissioning of advanced systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Background Music (BGM), Fire Alarm, Voice Evacuation, and CO Detection systems. We are supplying industry-leading technologies from Hanwha, Bose, and Simplex to deliver a reliable, integrated, and high-performance solution.

يسرّنا الإعلان عن مساهمة سيترا في مشروع برج العليا للأعمال بالرياض، والذي يجري تنفيذه حالياً، بالتعاون مع شركة مدر للاستثمار واستشاري المشروع زهير فايز وشركاه.
يمتد المشروع على مساحة 58,495 م²، وتشمل أعمال سيترا توريد وبرمجة واختبار وتشغيل أنظمة المراقبة، والتحكم بالدخول، والموسيقى الخلفية، وإنذار الحريق، والإخلاء الصوتي، وكشف أول أكسيد الكربون، باستخدام تقنيات متطورة من Hanwha وBose وSimplex.
