>​Strong command of parametric modeling (LOD 300 to 400) and custom family creation.
>​Deep understanding of interdisciplinary coordination and proactive clash resolution.
>​Accuracy in producing construction-ready shop drawings directly from coordinated models.
>​High self-discipline, clear communication, and an ownership >mindset in a remote environment.
