Marketing and business development specialist
*Job* *description* : To spearhead the company's marketing strategies and business development initiatives, fostering brand growth, enhancing market presence, and driving business opportunities.
*Key* *Responsibilities* :
1- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage target audiences and generate leads.
2-Conduct through market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
2- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
3- Manage the company's online presence, including the website social media platforms and online campaigns.
4- Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing
materials and platforms.
5-Plan and execute corporate events ,trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and engage with clients and industry professionals.
6- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business development activities.
7- Collaborate with other company teams to ensure alignment of marketing and business development activities with overall company objectives.
Experience not less than 10 years
Secretary/ Aminstrative Assistant
*Job* *Desription* : To provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the office, ensuring efficient operation and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.
*Key* *Responsibilities* :
1- Manage daily office operations, including organizing and maintaining files processing mail and managing correspondence.
2-Serve as the first point of contact for the office, managing phone calls, emails, and in person inquiries in a professional manner.
3- Draft format and edit documents such as letters, reports, memos, and presentations, ensuring they meet company standards.
4-Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and events.
5- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
6-Provide support to team members as needed, including project assistance, data entry, and research tasks.
*Skills*:
1- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2- Excellent organizational and time management skills
3- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
4- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
5- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
6- Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
7-Well spoken and written in English and Arabic.
