Glass no longer has to be transparent, tinted, or frosted to make a statement — it can be digitally printed.

Digital print (ceramic frit digital printing) on glass allows us to apply high-resolution, durable graphics, patterns, logos, and gradients directly onto the glass surface using UV-cured ceramic inks, which are then fused into the glass during the tempering process.

Why it's gaining traction across the GCC:
Branding — corporate logos, wayfinding, and identity elements integrated directly into facades and interior partitions
Solar control & privacy — printed patterns (dot-fritting) reduce solar heat gain while maintaining daylight and views
Design flexibility — unlimited color, pattern, and gradient options versus standard tinted or frosted glass

Not every glass application calls for transparency — sometimes privacy, texture, or a decorative finish is the specification. That's where sandblasted glass delivers.
How it's processed:
High-pressure abrasive media (sand or aluminum oxide) is projected onto the glass surface, mechanically etching the surface to create a uniform frosted or textured finish. Masking/stencils allow for custom patterns, logos, or partial-frost designs.
Why architects and interior designers specify it:
Privacy without losing light — frosted glass diffuses light while blocking direct visibility
Custom patterns — logos, motifs, or graphic designs can be masked and sandblasted for a permanent decorative finish
Durability — unlike frosted films, the etched finish is permanent and won't peel or degrade
Design versatility — combinable with tempering, lamination, or digital printing for multi-functional panels
Common applications:
Office partitions and meeting room privacy screens
Bathroom and shower enclosures
Decorative feature walls and signage
Balustrade panels requiring partial privacy
Branded reception and lobby glazing

The project comprises 2,500 SQM of high-performance glazing systems, carefully selected to provide superior thermal efficiency, enhanced solar control, and long-lasting durability while contributing to the project's modern architectural identity.

Glazing Specification:
• Outer Pane: 8mm DS Silver (for exceptional solar control and enhanced façade aesthetics)
• Spacer: 16mm Warm Edge Spacer (to improve thermal insulation and reduce heat transfer)
• Inner Pane: 6mm Clear (to provide optimum transparency and natural daylight)
Achieved Performance:
• U-Value: 1.19 W/m²·K | SHGC: 19%

The project encompasses 5,700 SQM of high-performance glazing solutions, carefully designed to provide outstanding thermal insulation, solar control, and visual comfort while enhancing the building’s architectural appeal .
