We are proud to showcase the excellent progress achieved in the façade glazing works for the AVED Project in Jeddah, delivered in close partnership with NAFCO through effective coordination and a shared commitment to excellence.
The project comprises 2,500 SQM of high-performance glazing systems, carefully selected to provide superior thermal efficiency, enhanced solar control, and long-lasting durability while contributing to the project's modern architectural identity.
Glazing Specification:
• Outer Pane: 8mm DS Silver (for exceptional solar control and enhanced façade aesthetics)
• Spacer: 16mm Warm Edge Spacer (to improve thermal insulation and reduce heat transfer)
• Inner Pane: 6mm Clear (to provide optimum transparency and natural daylight)
Achieved Performance:
• U-Value: 1.19 W/m²·K | SHGC: 19%
