من المراحل الما بنركز عليها في شغلنا المعماري وبيكون كل تركيزنا علي المخططات والتفاصيل وهو مرحلة مهمة جدا بنوصل بها فهم المخططات للملاك وعلي اساس المرحلة دي (الإظهار المعماري الجيد) بيكون اتخاذ قرار التصميم او الرفض .
بنوضح فيها التصميم والتفاصيل والالوان والخامات (بشكل واقعي للمالك)بل ممكن تساعد المصمم في تعديل بعض التفاصيل والوصول الي التصميم الانسب

في بيوتنا السودانية مابندي اهتمام كبير لغرفة الملابس بالرغم انها تعتبر من الفراغات المهمة والمكملة في كل بيت واهميتها مابتكون اقل من باقي الفراغات في المنزل .
عشان كدا احنا في آرك تانقل - Archtangle حريصين دوما علي وجود الفراغ دا في كل بيت عشان نوفر مساحة مناسبة لتخزين الملابس وملحقتها في فراغ خاص بها ونبعد عن التكدس والازدحام الممكن يسبب تلوث بصري في الغرف في حالة عدم وجودها وبالتالي نقدر نحافظ علي جمال واريحية الغرف .
