أنشطة كيان الاستشارية
1. تصميم المباني:
• التصميم الهندسي الشامل والمتكامل (المعماري، والإنشائي، والصحي، والكهربائي، والميكانيكي الخ…) لجميع أنواع المباني.
• التصميم الآمن والاقتصادي، المطابق للقوانين والمعايير.
• التصميم البيئي المناسب للظروف المناخية في السودان.
• الحصول على كافة التراخيص من الجهات الحكومية المختصة.
• فحص أية عيوب (شروخ، تشوهات أو أعطال) قد توج
د في المباني القائمة، والبحث عن أفضل الحلول لعلاجها.
2. الإشراف على الأعمال الإنشائية:
• مراجعة رسومات الأعمال الإنشائية.
• إعداد جداول الكميات والجداول الزمنية.
• الإشراف على إنشاء المباني ومراقبة الميزانية المرصودة والوقت المحدد للإنجاز.
• إعداد التقارير الدورية.
• إجراء أي اختبارات أو فحوصات مختبرية لازمة.
3. تقييم الأصول:
• إعداد تقارير تقييم الأصول، المقبولة لدى جميع الجهات السودانية، بما فيها المحاكم والبنوك.
4. دراسات الجدوى:
• إعداد دراسات الجدوى، لمساعدة المستثمرين على اتخاذ القرارات الصحيحة. Complete and integrated engineering (Architectural, structural, Sanitary, electro-mechanical, etc) design for all types of buildings.
2. Safe and economic design, and according to international codes.
3. Getting all required licenses from the governments.
5. Investigating existing buildings for any deficiencies (Cracks, deformations, or failures) and finding the most suitable solution. B – Supervision of construction
1. Revising construction drawings.
2. Preparing bill of quantities and time schedules.
3. Supervising the construction of buildings controlling money and time.
4. Preparing periodical reports, including any preferred mean of communication, and including photos and videos.
5. Running (Supervising) any required laboratory tests, and acting accordingly. C – Fixed assets evaluation
1. Preparing fixed assets evaluation reports, accepted from all Sudanese authorities including Courts and Banks. D – Feasibility studies
1. Preparing feasibility studies so as to help investors taking the right decisions.
2. Translation of feasibility studies and other documents from English to Arabic and vice versa under the supervision of competent translators.
