Zoégas & AirSon Join Forces to Boost Factory Efficiency

AirSon has undertaken several projects for Zoégas (Nestlé) with the goal of modernizing and improving the energy efficiency of their factory. Since 1886, Zoégas has been roasting coffee in Helsingborg, and our collaboration has focused on identifying key opportunities for improvement. These include replacing a large number of ventilation units, optimizing airflows in specific areas, and installing heat recovery systems to harness untapped energy potential.

The project began with two preliminary studies focusing on compressed air and ventilation, which laid the foundation for a comprehensive ventilation upgrade. As part of these efforts, the number of ventilation units has been significantly reduced, and a modern VAV system has been installed in the office areas. AirSon is also working to optimize airflow and enhance comfort in the offices, ensuring a better working environment.

Overall, these projects are expected to generate significant energy savings through a range of efficiency measures. AirSon sincerely thanks Zoégas for their trust and looks forward to continuing this strong and successful collaboration!
