Zero Flipping Required! Up & Down Bending on the CIDAN FORMA Z Vertical

Watch us fabricate a door from 18-gauge mild steel on the CIDAN FORMA Z Vertical! This up-and-down machine tackles complex bends with zero part-flipping required, saving you time and heavy lifting.

In this run, we are operating the AGS back gauge manually to showcase the sheer versatility of the FORMA Z. By utilizing both the front gauge (via the folding beam) and the back gauge, you get to see the total hands-on control and flexibility this machine offers.

While our optional Vacuum System is the ultimate upgrade for hands-free, semi-automatic production runs, this video proves that even when you want to run custom parts manually, the FORMA Z is completely adaptable to your shop's exact needs!

ONROLL is built with operator safety in mind, ensuring secure and reliable performance on every jobsite.

2 Decoilers are standard on the ONROLL. Each with 3,000lb capacity. Adjustable tension lock enables coil to decoil, but no over spill when machine pulls decoiler.
