3D Printing of foods, now on TV

The national Swedish TV published a report from the lab where we develop new food in GoIndependent (in Swedish).

3D-printad mat? Det kanske låter konstigt men det är just vad forskare vid RISE utvecklar. Personer som har svårt att svälja ska kunna få purémat som ser ut mer som riktig mat. – Om man vill ha en kanelbulle till fikat så ska man kunna 3D-printa den, säger forskaren Astrid Ahlinder.
