EDAG SCANDINAVIA EARNS GREAT PLACE TO WORK CERTIFICATION AGAIN // For the second consecutive year, EDAG Scandinavia was recently certified as a Great Place to Work! Just like in 2023, the company delivered an outstanding result, well in parity with the best companies in Sweden!

Such strong result is not coming by itself and is the outcome of common drive amongst the employees to make something special and great together. Amongst the comments from the survey, we could read about how our employees appreciate the familiar atmosphere and culture:

"EDAG has an amazing combination of diverse people working together for the best possible outcome.
I don't see EDAG so much as a company, as family, where working here seems not so much a job, but simply natural."

The certification is a proof that we are on the right way on our long term ambition of being the natural and best choice for engineers in our region!

As last year and as it should, the certification was celebrated with cake at an All Employee meeting this week.

Today we celebrate our dear employee Ann-Charlotte Rydén, who has worked 30 years within the company! What an amazing loyalty and trust from Ann-Charlotte, who each day shows her great professionalism and is a true asset to EDAG. Thank you, Ann-Charlotte, for all the hard work you have done for us throughout the years and for being instrumental on the journey our company is on!

The company celebrated Ann-Charlotte already yesterday evening at our All Employee Meeting, where we also could enjoy other highlights such as a recent renewed Great Place to Work Certification, again with a top score. Very inspiring how we together with our employees build a stronger EDAG day by. At the meeting, we also had a freshly released customer product at display, where EDAG has had the engineering development responsibility.

AUTUMN KICKSTART AT EDAG SCANDINAVIA // During the past weeks, we've had the joy of welcoming seven new colleagues to our Scandinavian operations - certainly a great way to start the autumn!

With Dona, Helena, Erkan, Jens, Haris, Mauricio and Viktor, we are not only growing the teams in Gothenburg and Stockholm but also adding further competencies within areas such as Sustainability, CFD, Project Management and Software Development.

NEW EMPLOYEES // From a rainy Thursday to a sunny Friday made perfect by welcoming four new colleagues to and !

Mauricio and Viktor will be strengthening our sustainability team within Q&M department while Harris and Dona are joining our Electronics, Software and Acoustics team led by .

In the beginning of the week we also welcomed the latest reinforcement Jens to our team in Stockholm, just a few weeks after Helena joined the team there.

EDAG SCANDINAVIA SUMMER CELEBRATIONS // This weekend the EDAG Scandinavia team gathered to learn about the future corporate strategies, get the latest insights within sustainable engineering and how to make a Great Place to Work Sverige even greater! The team also worked on how we make a difference through our core values, both at the office and at our customers. All work done while we simultaneously built a more powerful team and company in Scandinavia. The weekend ended in best possible way when extending our comfort zones while cruising down the magic Susån on SUPs by villasurfgarden with the final reward of enjoying Sweden’s best pizzas at ! Next time you can be part of the team as we hire within all disciplines, both in Stockholm and Gothenburg!
