The system also enables multiple lighting zones for different crops and experiments. That level of control matters in research. It allows CABBI to run experiments at a meaningful scale while maintaining precise conditions year-round, and to compare lighting data with plant growth and other environmental factors.

Yesterday, our 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘎𝘭𝘰𝘣𝘢𝘭 𝘎𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘯𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘚𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘴, Denis Dullemans, had the pleasure of presenting at the Floriculture Innovation Center, part of the Ministry of Agriculture in Taiwan. The session, organized by Hortitechs Inc., brought together growers, researchers, and industry professionals.

With the topic “𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘺 𝘓𝘌𝘋 𝘴𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘯𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘴,” Denis shared practical insights on greenhouse lighting and the importance of aligning lighting strategies with crop needs, optimizing energy use through DLI-based control, and ensuring the right light plan for uniformity and performance 💡

Tomatoworld is an independent fieldlab for data-driven greenhouse innovation, where new technologies are tested, validated, and demonstrated in a fully integrated cultivation environment.

As the partnership enters its second year, the installation continues to play an important role in validating system performance and testing software updates, while also supporting further optimization of wireless communication and control.

Through this ongoing collaboration, solutions continue to be developed and refined based on validation in real greenhouse conditions.

And just like that, our exhibition tour for February has come to an end.
