LINDAB GROUP Q3 REPORT:
Lindab Group’s organic sales increased by 2 percent in the third quarter compared with the corresponding quarter in 2025. Growth in the Nordic markets was 5 percent. The adjusted operating margin improved compared with previous quarter in both business areas, despite high costs for transportation and input materials. Sales and profit for Lindab Group in total were held back by weaker performance in certain western European markets.

LINDAB GROUP ACQUIRES ITALIAN SMOKE CONTROL SPECIALISTS AERNOVA.
Aernova develops and manufactures products and systems for smoke control in ventilation systems. Fire and smoke protection systems for ventilation are becoming an increasingly important part of Lindab Group's operations.

Yesterday, we celebrated five years in Lindab Group's current headquarters in Grevie with a fun-filled half-day filled with competitions, food, cake, and plenty of laughter. It was a fantastic way to celebrate not least the people who make Lindab Group such a special place to work.

LINDAB GROUP Q2 REPORT:
Lindab Group reported organic growth in the second quarter of the year. Operating profit, however, was held back by higher costs for input material and transportation following disruptions caused by the geopolitical situation. The result was also affected by lower profitability in Germany, France and the Netherlands, where weak demand and intense price competition prevailed. After a challenging beginning of the year for Profile Systems, which is now focused on the Scandinavian markets, sales in comparable units increased by 5 percent during the second quarter.

INTERIM REPORT Q1 2026: Ventilation Systems showed stable sales in the first quarter of the year, and the operating margin improved thanks to efficiency measures.
