The proportioning problem has been a persistent question in fluorine-free foam adoption.
Many SFFFs use polymers that are only partially hydrated. Over time, those polymers continue to take on water ” viscosity climbs, phase separation appears, polymer drop-out becomes a real risk. Some operators call it the "hidden gum" effect. For high-hazard installations ” petrochemical, oil & gas, marine, offshore ” that's exactly the variability you can't carry.
Enviro 3x3 NEO is our answer.
A sixth-generation, alcohol-resistant SFFF built on 100% hydrated polymers. The formulation removes the viscosity-drift mechanism at the source: stable viscosity, known shear-thinning behaviour, uniform foam performance from initial discharge to complete extinguishment, on fresh, brackish or seawater. One product, one 3% proportioning rate, on both hydrocarbons and polar solvents.
Validated under EN 1568-3:2018 at the highest 1A:1A rating, EN 1568-4:2018 on six polar solvents, UL 162 (including MEK and acetic acid in the indirect-application scope), ICAO Level B, IMO 1312 and the LASTFIRE Protocol with fresh and salt water throughout.
Come and see it at 2026 in Hannover, 1-6 June. Hall 13, Stand B20.
