Every year, we refine our business plan together at AB, and this year’s kickoff set a strong tone.

By revisiting our SWOT and conducting an honest situation analysis, the team challenged, sharpened, and strengthened our shared understanding of where we are today and where we’re heading. The day was marked by high engagement, sharp insights, and great energy throughout.

We wrapped up with inspiring team activities together with Thomas Önnevik — a great way to combine reflection, collaboration, and fun.
