DN1000 Chamber with SVM-TG DN315 and AUMA Actuation!

This installation features a WaGate , SVM-TG DN315, installed in a DN1000 chamber, equipped with electric actuation from AUMA and a reinforced base – a solution designed for safe and reliable flow control in demanding water and wastewater environments.

WaGate Gate valves are engineered to deliver dependable and efficient flow control, even under harsh operating conditions. When installed in chambers, they enable fast and secure isolation during maintenance, operational disruptions, or emergency situations.

The robust design in corrosion-resistant materials ensures long service life and minimal maintenance, making the solution ideal for both stormwater and wastewater applications. At the sea outfall in Denmark, we’ve combined two smart solutions to protect both people and the environment.

A breakwater reduces wave impact and creates calmer conditions around the outlet, while the check valve effectively prevents backflow and protects against high water and flooding.

Together, they provide a sustainable, long-term solution that safeguards both the environment and critical infrastructure.

This installation features a customised WaStop setup with one DN500 WaStop check valve with a multi-fl**ge, combined with three smaller DN100 WaStop check valves with fl**ges.

Another week, another chamber!

This custom-designed chamber was equipped with a WaReg Flow regulator DN/OD 250 and a WaStop Inline check valve DN300.

The WaReg Flow regulator is pre-set to a discharge rate of 40 l/s, giving the customer full control over the outflow and ensuring a predictable release of stormwater from the system.

Combined with the WaStop Inline check valve DN300, the solution effectively prevents backflow.
