In Sweden, Midsummer is all about bringing people together. Family, friends, neighbors and communities gathering to celebrate the longest days of the year.

Just like a successful Midsummer celebration, great engineering is rarely a one-person effort. It takes teamwork, craftsmanship and many small parts working together behind the scenes.

From bicycles and camping gear to garden tools and outdoor furniture, springs and metal components help keep things moving when it matters most.

👋 Meet the team in Tinglev, Denmark!

Time for a new factory . At the Lesjöfors factory in Tinglev the team focuses on compression springs, snap rings, and garter springs. Many of these are produced in large volumes, where consistency, precision, and teamwork are essential every step of the way.

Whether on the production floor, in planning, or behind the machines, it's the people who make each site unique.

Before a gas spring leaves the production floor, it goes through an important final check. ✅

In this video from our sister company Metrol Springs, you can see how every gas spring (also called gas strut) is carefully tested to ensure it delivers the correct force and performs exactly as expected when it reaches the customer.

At Lesjöfors Banddetaljer, the team works with metal stamping and pressed components for customers in many different industries.

Some of the components are small and detailed, others are produced in large volumes — but they all require the same attention to detail, knowledge and craftsmanship.

Metal stamping happens fast, but behind every finished component is a lot of experience. From material selection to tooling and production, it’s all about finding reliable and efficient ways to create the right solution 🎯
