MORE - REXUS 2016/17

MORE - REXUS 2016/17 MORE is a team of students pursuing a Master in Aerospace Engineering at ISAE-SUPAERO. We'all study the behaviour of optical fibers in space through REXUS!

MORE team was born from curious hard working students seeking new challenges. Back in October, after strating the master course in ISAE-Supaero one month before and not knowing each other, a current member of our team proposed as to join a project. This is actually a proposal you should not make if you don’t want a full team working and pushing in the same direction just one day after! Above all,

this is MORE. MORE is a team joined by ISAE-Supaero students from first course (Alicia, Fernando, Pedro, Mariona and Cesca) and last course (Javier and Jaevie), coming from Spain, Philippines and Mexico. With members coming from different backgorunds and sharing their passion for aeronautics and space, the team have the specific skills to pursue the REXUS project from a technical standpoint. All together we have the opportunity to overcome and fulfill the challenges and responsibilities that come with managing a student project of this magnitude. MORE is based on NIMPH (Nanosatellite to Investigate Microwave Photonics Hardware), a project developed by ISAE and UPS-LAAS which aims on launching a nanosatellite whose payload will allow a reliability test of microwavephotonics components in the space environment.
