Recently, Tapflo hosted the TGMC ‘Flavour of Poland’ meeting, which brought together managers from across the globe. 🌍
The agenda focused on reviewing the latest strategy, discussing priorities for the coming months and brainstorming new ways to strengthen the company’s digital presence.
After the formal part of the visit, participants had the opportunity to explore Krakow – the former royal capital and one of Poland’s most historic cities. Then, they visited the famous Wieliczka Salt Mine - a UNESCO World Heritage Site dating back to the 13th century, known for its underground chambers and chapels carved entirely from salt.
Participants also had the chance to take part in a fun challenge of learning how to make traditional Polish dumplings! 🥟
Everyone had a brilliant time.

We wish you a happy and joyful Midsummer! 💐

Every year in June, Swedes gather to celebrate the light. And they do so through one of Sweden’s biggest traditions – Midsummer.

For many, the celebration revolves around a traditional Swedish smörgåsbord of pickled herring, potatoes, boiled eggs, strawberry cake, and other delicious treats – and, of course, the traditional Scandinavian spirit – snaps! And no one leaves the table without singing at least one traditional drinking song.

The tradition also includes dancing around the Midsummer pole, flower crowns, and the famous “little frog” dance. It may sound a bit odd, but these traditions have been a way for Swedes to gather and bring people together for hundreds of years.

And for the singles out there, don’t forget to place seven different wildflowers under your pillow on Midsummer's Eve. According to tradition, you'll dream of your future partner.

What does the process of frying chips and cavitation have in common? 🤔
More than you might think.

An edible oil dosing line has been installed and Tapflo provided the pumps and set them up.
Tanks were located far from the oil frying line, creating long suction lines and a high risk of cavitation.

Tapflo analysed the key parameters - the suction system, the operating conditions and the oil properties and adjusted the pump settings to match these specific conditions. 💡

What was the result?

The system now operates smoothly, with consistent dosing and no production downtime. ✅

What happens when the next generation steps into your factory?

Back in May, we welcomed students from Young Lean Leaders programme. At the final meeting, we passed them the microphones and invited them to share their honest thoughts and feelings about their time with us.

Their ideas really impressed us and we definitely will use them.
