We have submitted an INCI registration application for NPP-4, our next-generation cosmetic peptide innovation designed to enhance skin tone without UV exposure or chemicals.

This marks another step forward in a development program that continues to progress according to plan:

📄 Our Q1 report is now available.

The first quarter of 2026 marked our transition from initial launch to commercial scale-up, with first commercial revenues from Follicopeptide Gel Serum, an expanded Follicopeptide portfolio, and a strengthened liquidity position from the February directed share issues.

Our priorities are unchanged: disciplined ex*****on, scalable growth, and long-term value creation.

Big momentum in Europe 🇵🇱

Our Polish partner Mercapharm is in final preparations for a major commercial launch planned for the end of May of Trichobalance, their new premium brand built around our proprietary Follicopeptide technology.

What stands out is the level of ambition: dedicated e-commerce, specialist clinics, dermatology channels, influencer activation, scientific events, and a serious commercial investment from day one.

Poland is a highly attractive beauty market with nearly 38 million people and a rapidly growing premium scalp and haircare segment.

This is exactly the kind of commercial ex*****on we want to see. ⭐️

We are introducing VEXIENNE® – a new way to bring our Follicopeptide products to market.

The idea is simple: a ready-to-commercialise, science-based concept that makes it easier for partners to launch premium products and supports a more efficient roll-out, while we keep control of the brand and long-term strategy.

VEXIENNE will launch with two products and is planned to expand over time.

Coegin Pharma’s management acquires shares in the company

Coegin Pharma AB today announces that the company’s CEO, CFO and CMO have acquired additional shares in the company.

CEO Jens Eriksson has acquired 24,293 shares, CFO Lars Bukhave Rasmussen has acquired 26,300 shares, and CMO John Zibert has acquired 36,884 shares. In total, 87,477 shares have been acquired.

Jens Eriksson’s acquisition was made within the framework of the remuneration program approved by the Annual General Meeting in 2025.

Following the transactions, Jens Eriksson holds 503,497 shares in Coegin Pharma AB, Lars Bukhave Rasmussen holds 95,295 shares, and John Zibert holds 96,295 shares.

Exciting momentum for the Follicopeptide® portfolio.

Our partner Gents.com has placed the first purchase order for our new scalp serum, which they will introduce under the name POWER Instant Hair Thickening Gel.

The product expands the Follicopeptide range with a science-based formulation designed to optimize the scalp environment and strengthen the overall hair care routine. It works both as a stand-alone cosmetic treatment and alongside Follicopeptide Gel Serum.

We’re expanding the Follicopeptide portfolio with a new high-performance stand-alone scalp serum designed to optimize the scalp environment.

This expansion strengthens our partner offering, supports increased market pe*******on and improves long-term revenue potential, while maintaining capital efficiency and operational focus.

Production is secured with an experienced Danish manufacturer, and launch planned for May. We’re already seeing clear partner interest ahead of launch.
