Prasības:
Pieredze līdzīgā amatā vai līdzvērtīgu pienākumu veikšanā (var būt arī bez pieredzes - pēdējo kursu celtniecības koledžas vai celtniecības universitātes studenti);
Iespēja doties patstāvīgos komandējumos uz Zviedriju;
Izpratne un zināšanas par būvniecības procesiem (nav obligāti, nodrošinām apmācību);
Izglītība ar būvniecību saistītā nozarē (var būt pēdējā kursa students);
Augsta atbildības sajūta, labas komunikāciju un vadības prasmes;
Vēlme mācīties un apgūt jaunas zināšanas;
Labas latviešu, angļu un krievu valodas zināšanas;
B kategorijas autovadītāja apliecība;
Labas datorzināšanas (MS Office un programmas CAD pamatzināšanas).

is continuing with new challenges and are done with CLT, glulam, trussel and TRP element assembly with our partners in Vaxjo, Sweden. Building consisted of two areas, office, and storage areas. With 25-meter long trussels and 5.500 m2 of TRP was done in short period of time succeeding necessary terms. We can safely say that our competencies allow us to easily assemble any complexity buildings from CLT and glulam.

Spring greetings from Bjärred! 🇸🇪

takes a part of building apartment building and two townhouses. We have casted basement slabs for both townhouses and for big apartment building. Assembly structure of apartment building and garage is done. Now we are focusing on townhouses, where we have started assembly of 2nd floor, simultaneously building up light walls in apartment building.
It has been a pleasure to be involved in this project, and we will do our best to fullfill all the contractual requirements and sattisfy our client.

Frankfurt Data Center

Site consisted of 3 buildings – data center, generator building and sub-station. Assembly team was the main assembly force on main data center building – 99.4 m long, 52.5 m wide and more than 25m high building. Which was build from more than 100 precast columns (up to 15.6m tall), walls, beams and filigree and hollow core slabs. Also steel beam structures and delta beam were assembled. More than 555 trucks were used to transport precast and steel elements to the site. Total weight of precast elements for this site – 9063 t. 3 qualities shown by workers on this site – safety, flexability and passion for our work.

Projekto apimtyje 3 pastatai - duomenų centras, generatoriaus pastatas ir pastotė. Montuotoju brigada buvo pagrindinė darbo jėga surenkant pagrindinį 99,4 m ilgio, 52,5 m pločio ir daugiau nei 25 m aukščio duomenų centro pastatą. Kuris buvo pastatytas iš daugiau nei 100 vnt. Surenkamų kolonų (iki 15,6 m aukščio), sienų, sijų ir filigraninių bei gelžbetoninių kiaurymėtųjų perdangos plokščių. Taip pat sumontuotos plieninės sijos, delta sijos. Gelžbetoniniams ir plieniniams elementams į objektą gabenti prireikė daugiau nei 555 sunkvežimių. Bendras, šiame objekte sumontuotu elementų svoris – 9063 t. Pagrindinės 3, šiame objekte, parodytos mūsų įmonės darbuotojų savybės - saugumas, lankstumas ir aistra darbui.

Projekta apjomā ietilpst 3 ēkas– datu centrs, ģeneratoru ēka un apakšstacija. Montāžas brigādei bija galvenais montāžas spēks uz galvenās datu centra ēkas – 99,4 m garas, 52,5 m platas un vairāk nekā 25 m augstas ēkas, kas tika būvēta no vairāk nekā 100 attālām kolonnām (līdz 15,6 m augstām), sienām, sijām, filigrānām un dobām plātnēm, tika montētas arī tērauda sijas konstrukcijas. Lai nogādātu dzelzbetona un tērauda elementus uz objektu, bija nepieciešamas vairāk nekā 555 kravas automašīnas. Kopējais pamatelementu svars– 9063 t. Galvenās 3 īpašības, ko šajā objektā parādīja mūsu darbinieki – drošība, elastība un aizraušanās ar mūsu darbu.

Flexrock has won tender as general contractor for construction of Crematorium building in Jelgava, Latvia. Construction works are planned in 2022.

Flexrock ir uzvarējis projektu konkursā kā ģenerāluzņēmējs krematorijas ēkas celtniecībai Jelgavā, Latvijā. Būvdarbi plānoti 2022.gadā.

is finally done with one more CLT and glulam element assembly project in Oslo, Norway. The project consisted from two buildings, one of them is children garden and other is retirement home of 120 apartments. Buildings are located in newest district of Oslo, Fornebu. In our scope were concrete, steel, CLT and glulam element assembly. As well as installation of bathroom modules in the building.

is active on the Danish market! We are building a hospital in Odense, southern Denmark. Our scope for this project is assembly of concrete elements. This is a massive project with hundreds of hollow core slabs, beams and colums to assemble.

We are proud to announce that has finished yet another project. Our part in the project Gunnestorpsvagen Södra in Gothenburg has been completed , and . We were in charge of the assembly of walls, light walls, filigree slabs, stairs and balconies. We also did the reinforcement and casting of the filigrees. Big thank you to everyone involved!

is working on a project called Solkatten in Lund, Sweden. The project consists of three apartment buildings, that are built to a new neighborhood called Södra Brunnshög. Our scope in this project is basements, assembly of double walls, light walls and filigree slabs, with reinforcement works and concrete castings on filigree slabs. We are on schedule to finish our part in December this year.

We are excited to be working with and Our scope in this project is assembly of prefabricated elements and reinforcing and casting of slabs. We will assemble walls, filigree slabs, hollow core slabs, balconies and bathroom modules. We are on schedule to finish our part in December this year.
