The trusted ALO 123 Capping Machine has been upgraded, featuring a new Mk version with enhanced design and advanced functionality topped up with a safety-oriented solution.

The ALO 123 is a compact, easy-to-operate machine specifically designed to fit U-shaped plastic tooth protection on welded band saw loops. Once the loop is placed in the open fixture by an operator, ALO 123 applies the plastic tooth protection and completes the loop. For an optimized and safe working environment, a light barrier protects the operator from walking/reaching into the moving parts of the machine area during the operation.
