🏗️⛱️Before the summer holidays team of Swetch engineers visited the construction site of Ursviks Torn in Sundbyberg near Stockholm Center.

🔎We are offering to look inside our project. Structures - reinforcement, concrete wall connections and steel profiles of the building calculated by our highly experienced engineering team.

Total gross floor area of this residential project is about 10,500 m2 and about 370 m2 is for commercial premises. Ursviks Torn will consist of a high-rise building of 14 floors, and three smaller buildings that range from two to seven floors above ground. 70 parking spaces in two underground floors and a number of shops have also found a place in it.

This week our team visited the construction site of Lilla Backa residential quarter in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The two-house apartment block will consist of 420 flats, a shopping area, and parking. Swetch engineers made the construction design of the houses’ parking part and one of the residential buildings.

This building complex will become a brand new part of Gothenburg’s new city center “Framtidens Backplans”.
