🚀 You are invited: SHIFT Project’s 3rd Pilot Event in Berlin! 🚀

We’re thrilled to announce the SHIFT 3rd Pilot event in Berlin, titled “Please Touch! Towards an AI-based inclusive, multisensory experience of the Museum.”

Organised by Staatliche Museen zu Berlin with help from DBSV - Deutscher Blinden- und Sehbehindertenverband, and featuring tools produced by FORTH-Institute of Computer Science Queen Mary University of London TU München audEERING GmbH and Massive Dynamic Sweden, from July 9-11, 2025, this immersive event will showcase how hashtag , hashtag , and hashtag are revolutionizing the way we experience cultural heritage.

🔍 What to Expect:
🔺 20 sculptures and reliefs (including the Pergamon Altar) will be brought to life with VR and haptic tools to offer tactile experiences for visually impaired visitors.
🔺 AI-driven tools will support curators in creating personalized, multisensory narratives tailored for different visitor groups.
🔺 Workshops and presentations exploring AI in digital storytelling, image-to-video transformation, and inclusive art experiences.

🌍 This pilot is a major milestone in SHIFT’s mission to make cultural heritage more accessible, inclusive, and engaging for all. Whether you're a curator, museum professional, or someone passionate about inclusive innovation, we invite you to explore the future of cultural engagement.

Market Analysis Internship – Digital Health & Bioinformatics 🎯

We are looking for a driven and analytical Market Analysis Intern to support our work in the fields of digital health and bioinformatics. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in innovation-driven projects and help shape the go-to-market strategies of emerging health technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and landscape mapping
Identify trends and opportunities in the bioinformatics and digital health domains
Support business strategy development and market entry planning
Prepare concise reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Master’s program at a Swedish university
Academic background in bioinformatics, health informatics, biomedical engineering, life sciences, innovation management, or related fields
Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with market analysis tools, academic literature, or competitive intelligence
Interest in the commercialization of research and health technologies

Allister Carter: Joining as Project Manager, Allister has a proven track record of managing complex projects with a strong focus on sustainability and climate change mitigation.

Andrea Belin: As our new Communication Manager, Andrea brings a keen interest in media management and communication, alongside technical skills in image processing. She plays a key role in strengthening MDS’s digital presence and she is leading the ES**RT Projects dissemination activities.

Rickard Björkäng Stepping into a dual role as Project Manager and MSc student in Bioentrepreneurship, Rickard combines academic insights with fresh energy. His focus on product market analysis of our KIOKU platform, combining it with coordinating efforts in the ES**RT Project.

Ole Höfener Joining as Cybersecurity Project Coordinator, Ole brings hands-on expertise in product development, particularly with the KIOKU platform, supporting efforts in the NERO Cybersecurity project.

We are participating in the national cybersecurity conference invited by the MSB (Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency) as one of the few Swedish companies funded from the EC under the Digital Europe Programme (DIGITAL) in NERO Cybersecurity. Our mission in the project is to map the human intelligence aspect with the current information security technologies and create dynamic awareness measuring and training for staff in SMEs. Our hashtag platform was demonstrated along with the digital services we have developed in our company!
