This Halloween, we tech leapers at Mycronic had the pleasure of welcoming around 20 fellow participants from companies across Sweden! They got a closer look at what we do here through engaging presentations and guided tours of both our cleanroom and production line. A huge thank you to all the visting tech leapers for your curiosity and energy, and to our amazing Mycronic colleagues who helped bring electronics to life.

Hi! We are Louvisa and Theodor, two excited interns here at Mycronic this fall.

We have been part of the Core Tech Innovation team in the PG division for almost two months now. Our main project is to develop a focus system using lasers. At the moment, we are spending a lot of time simulating our setup through programming to gain a better understanding of what to expect when we start taking measurements, as well as finding optimal parameters to achieve the best results.

During our internship, we are getting a closer look at how advanced optical systems are developed and tested, as well as how innovation and precision come together in research and development at Mycronic.

Hi!
We are Siri and Edvin, two proud new interns here at Mycronic.

We recently joined the PA Material Handling R&D team, where we work with testing and evaluating MYTower products — Mycronic’s smart storage systems for electronic components. Our main task is to help ensure that new functions and updates work as intended before they are implemented in production environments.

During our internship, we’re getting an insight into how research and development projects are carried out in practice, and how different disciplines collaborate to improve complex technical systems. We also get the chance to explore how a large tech company like Mycronic combines innovation, structure and precision in its everyday work.

Hi! We are Micaela and Bill, two recent high school graduates from natural science programs and proud new interns at Mycronic this fall.

We’re glad to be the first interns on Production Support (PG) team. We can’t believe how quickly this first month and a half has passed, and how much we’ve already learned!

During this internship, we’re excited to take over Mycronic’s Instagram and reflect on our engineering journey so far. Our project focuses on making it possible for streamlining and supporting production workflows, from time studies to overlooking production to make it as effective as possible. In Mycronic’s continued growth as a corporation we’re ensuring that data collection is not forgotten.
