This is a unique customer-adapted gripper, developed to suit the customer's specific wishes and lifting object, with the possibility of turning the lifting object from a standing to a lying position and vice versa. The parallel gripper is equipped with several sensors to offer the best safety possible.

We had the pleasure to welcome this nice visit from Schmalz Poland and Switzerland to show them our head office here in Trollhättan. We have had two days of product training and our partners learnt about our Quick-Lift Systems, standard and customised End Effectors and our NEO 30™. Of course, they also got the certificate after to confirm a well-done education.

This customized Rounded Bar end effector is a clever solution for lifting shafts from horizontal to vertical position almost without using any muscle power. This makes it possible to pick from pallet with up to 3 collars through its narrow design and can handle shaft from Ø75mm to Ø95mm without changing claws. Maximum weight of shafts is 25 kg.
