Exciting Visit: Świebodzin Vocational School at REAC Components in Zielona Gora!
On 16/04/2026, we had the pleasure of welcoming first-year locksmithing students from Świebodzin Vocational School to our facility. 🏭
The day began with a presentation on REAC’s history, production profile, and the values we live by. Our fantastic team, guided students through our departments, explaining the work we do and the roles within our company.
A highlight was the demo of the welding process, where volunteers could put their skills to the test! 👩‍🏭👨‍🏭
We also covered a discussion on employee benefits like the Medicover health card and team-building events. We offered thoughts on the attributes that can help REAC employees excel., what we offer, and what we expect from our team.
Of course, the hottest topic was earning potential—always a top question! 💰

At REAC, we care — and many of our colleagues make a difference not only at work, but in their spare time too.
Dorota is one of them. You met here previously in one of our portraits. She has been caring for Joanna, a sweet cat who was found abandoned and later diagnosed with cancer. Now, Joanna urgently needs treatment.
A Polish animal welfare foundation is raising funds to cover her medical care, and every contribution can help give her a second chance.
