🌱 Sustainability starts with education! 🌱

We’re thrilled to team up with Gan Eng Seng Primary School to raise awareness about used cooking oil (UCO) recycling! ♻️✨

From an interactive workshop with the Green Explorers Club to a school-wide assembly and hands-on recess booth, students got a firsthand look at how UCO transforms from waste to biofuel. 🚀🔥

A huge milestone—the school’s new UCO recycling point! In just two weeks, students collected nearly 10kg, proving that small actions create a BIG impact. 💪🌍

Apeiron Bioenergy teamed up with , a student-led sustainability group, at Central Market—a vibrant initiative by that champions community-driven causes!

As part of this collab, we trained student volunteers to advocate for responsible used cooking oil ( ) disposal, raising awareness on its environmental impact and how recycling it into biodiesel contributes to a greener future. 🌍✨

At our interactive booth, these passionate changemakers sparked conversations on circularity and sustainability, engaging visitors and exploring other eco-conscious initiatives. Seeing their enthusiasm and the community’s commitment to greener living was truly inspiring! 💚

Our Indonesia team joined Mrs. Hj. Yusriah Dzinnun and the Rorotan community to discuss waste management regulations & sustainable practices! 🌍✨

Led by Mr. Satrio Anom & Mr. Fakhrurozi Derriyan from Apeiron Bioenergy Indonesia, we explored responsible waste disposal—especially used cooking oil ( ) recycling. The energy from 134 attendees, including the Betawi Rempug (FBR) community, showed how grassroots initiatives drive real change! 🚀💪

Key takeaway? Community-led action works! By appointing local leaders as UCO collection points, we’re building a network that empowers neighborhoods to take charge of waste management.

We’re proud to have collaborated with (KC) for their Environmental and Sustainability Day, promoting responsible waste management of Used Cooking Oil ( ) and renewable energy solutions.

Through this partnership, we engaged KC workers and contractors in meaningful discussions on sustainability, with an emphasis on the recycling of UCO into biofuel.

Last Saturday, we had the honour to be invited to the Pek Kio Park launch by the Moulmein-Cairnhill committee to witness the reveal of the multifunctional green living space while educating the public on our used cooking oil (UCO) recycling initiative!

Following our successful launch of a UCO collection point last year in the community, it was great to see the increased involvement of UCO recycling ♻️. Families and children were all eager to share how they’ve begun utilising the community collection bin and learn how their contribution can help preserve cleaner ecosystems!

It was also wonderful to interact with the various other environmental projects at Pek Kio Park in their joint efforts in sustainability conservation 🌏.

We want to thank Our Green MoCa for their continuous support with Apeiron towards raising awareness in their community on the importance of UCO recycling.

Last week, our Thailand team participated in the Thailand Smart City Expo, where we showcased our commitment to sustainable urban solutions and partnerships with key government and industry leaders.

As a trusted partner with Siam Inno City and The Digital Economy Promotion Agency (DEPA), Apeiron is proud to support Thailand’s Smart City initiative.

This project uses tools like the LINE Official Account to enhance communication between citizens and local governments, bringing smarter, more connected services to communities.

Through the “My City®” LINE Official Account, residents in participating municipalities can:

✅ Request on-demand UCO (Used Cooking Oil) collection – Apeiron facilitates this service, promoting proper disposal and recycling of used cooking oil into biofuels

We were thrilled to be part of .sg ‘s first-ever Future Forest Festival at City Sprouts, Pasir Ris, on August 24th! 🌳

The event was packed with exciting activities, from unveiling their goal to plant over 600 trees to enhance urban green spaces, to all-day creative workshops, and even live jungle beats from a DJ. 🎶

As one of the SG Eco Fund participants, Apeiron Bioenergy was proud to showcase our initiative, The Oil Cycle, which promotes community recycling of used cooking oil ( ). We were also privileged to share our efforts with Senior Minister of State, , from the and the .
