Scope:

Additional Information for investors:

- We are looking for SGD 250, 000 investments.
- We are projecting revenue of SGD 1 Million monthly on our second year of operations onwards.
- Nett profit margin is projected to be at least 30% and may reach a maximum of 70% out of overall operation costs (depending on the project which we are being offered)
- Investors will received 100% of their investments + returns at the end of second year.
Requirements:
- Able to invest at least SGD 10, 000 immediately.
- Able to accept returns of 10% to 15% for first year and 15% to 30% of the invested amount for second year onwards.

Scope:
- Able to support in the sales of products and services provided by IRHA Group, including its subsidiaries that are located in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Bangladesh, India, Australia & New Zealand.
Requirements:
- Open to all nationalities, races, religions.
Benefits:
- Franchisee agreement will be given and awarded for free on first year of operations.
- No capital investments are required for first year of operations.
- No risks.
- Commission based earnings starting from 10% and can reach up to 40%.
- Variety of products and services which you can market and sell on behalf of IRHA Group.

1) Silver & Stones (International) - 92.5 sterling silver jewelries.
2) Afilya Collections (International) - Fashion related products including authentic perfumes.
3) Afilya Agricultures (Indonesia & Philippines) - Farming (Goat, Cow, Chicken, Fish) and dairy products.
4) IQ Technologies (Singapore) - Electrical related installations, works.
5) IRHA Group - Construction related material supplies, installations including electrical, mechanical and civil works, recruitment agency and manpower supply business.
