We are pleased to share that, as of 9 September 2025, KLINGER Holding has officially acquired all activities of the SJP Group of Companies.
For SJP customers, this marks a new era: your trusted supplier is now part of the internationally active KLINGER Group, a stable and innovative family-owned organisation with over 135 years of experience. The same products, suppliers and service you rely on continue unchanged — now strengthened by KLINGER’s global network.
For KLINGER, particularly in Southeast Asia, the acquisition strengthens regional presence and expands capabilities, creating additional value and support across the market.
With the retirement of founder and Chairman Stephen Tan, the company now enters this new era under KLINGER. Kevin Woolley, Managing Director of KLINGER Australia, will also serve as Managing Director of SJP. Pamela Koay, who has been leading SJP, will continue as Chief Operating Officer.
What this means in practice:
