Dear RTOs,

We are looking for qualified RTO for LTA JRL project. Must be registered under Structural Steel Singapore Society as a Registered Steelwork Supervisor.

Preferably have experience in supervision of installation of monitoring instruments, collation of monitoring data and use of software for presentation of monitoring data for analysis and interpretation.

Requirements: The RTO/COW shall have a diploma in the civil discipline, with Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience (MRT/LRT/Bridge). Preferably with experience relating to bridge/Viaduct construction and/or post-tensioning works or heavy beam launching works.

The RTO/COW shall have a diploma in the civil discipline or equivalent and be accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS (https://www.ies.org.sg/https://www.ies.org.sg/ccms.r?pageid=10089&TenID=IES).

- To station on site to carry out day-to-day duties required as site project manager under the Building Control Act and Regulations or other duties as required by other Authorities/client

-Possess the skill knowledge and ability to manage and coordinate the project effectively

-Familiar with the Microsoft Project Management software

-Conduct site meetings, evaluate & assess method statements in relation to the project

-Supervise and enforce site quality control

-Responsible for the co-ordination of site works to ensure construction safety

-Degree in Arch, Civil/ Structural/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying

-Degree shall be recognized either by the respective Professional Bodies, professional institutions or BCA

-Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry or 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience

-Prior HDB project experience is an advantage

-Only Singaporean / SPR need apply
