今天的任务：客户投诉冷气不冷 🥶

上门检查后发现：
不是冷气坏，而是冷风完全被堵住了

Answer: It depends (about a 50% chance)

For HDB flats in Singapore, installing a second condenser is subject to approval and conditions:
👉 Approval from HDB is required before installation
👉 If the electrical load is insufficient, the chances of approval will be lower
👉 The location and safety of the second unit will be assessed by HDB
