JOB VACANCY
Accounts Executive

Candidate must be able to handle full set of accounts
To ensure on time closing of month end and year end accounts and to include all necessary revenue, cost accruals and provisions
To work closely with project team so to promptly prepare all due payments, claims and billings to customers, vendors, suppliers and related entities
To verify and manage AR and aging reports with customers and to follow up on outstanding payments when needed
To ensure all invoices are promptly posted, and to prepare accrual and amortization entries
Timely preparation of monthly Statement of Accounts to customers and duely report to Management all outstanding payments
To verify Statement of Accounts from vendors and suppliers and to highlight promptly of discrepancies, if any
To perform monthly cash flow forecasts and monitor proper cash flow management
To manage and keep track of cash flow by reviewing daily bank transactions and monthly bank reconcilations
Monthly reports of expenses, liabilities and projected costs
To prepare quartely GST submissions
To prepare salaries and CPF submissions
Preparation of payment and petty cash vouchers with timely data entries
To co-work with Project team to check and verify and promptly input into system all suppliers and vendors invoices
To monitor and guard closely project costings and to prepare budgets to ensure/align expenditures and margins as projected
Timely preparation and consolidation of audit and tax compilations and to be mindful of all government submission datelines (ACRA/IR8A/Income Tax)
Knowledge of Biz star and ISO matters preferred though not compulsory as training will be provided
Knowledge of BCA and HDB License renewal preferred though not compulsory as training will be provided
To keep track of company vehicle road tax and insurance renewals
To manage Rentals collections and expenditures of Company's properties
On time payment of dormitories' rentals
To identify and improve system and process efficiency if needed
To co-work with HR on salaries and co-related matters
Preparation and typing of Quotations and Invoices
To undertake any other ad-hoc matters as assigned to facilitate Company's operations whenever needed

Requisites

Academic At least Diploma in Accounting
Atributes Detailed, careful and accurate with work
Good Team Player and able to work independently
Efficiency Able to speak and write English and Chinese efficiently
Experience Minimum 3 years experience in the relevant job scope as specified
