Position: Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
Must have bachelor's in civil engineering and relevant working experience in quantity surveyor role.
Candidates with working experience in Singapore Construction sector will have an added advantage.
Must be able to understand, converse and read English well
Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD, reading drawings, Microsoft Office and PDF software is required.
Must be mature, reliable, and detail oriented individual with good communication skills and a desire for learning
Duties:
Prepare tender after receiving and interpreting the drawings. Material rates will be provided but candidate is required to derive the quantity needed and total sum of cost.
Liaise and establish rapport with all related parties including company clients, contractors, and consultants on certification of claims for payments.
On-the-job training will be provided but solid QS foundation/experience is necessary so that will not spend too much time learning everything.
Salary: Up to $3500
Work 5 days in a week. report 4 days office + 1 day WFH.
