Launched in 2020, the first prototype unveiled Dwarf Racing’s cutting-edge seal of authenticity technology combining with forged metals engineering hardware components. From there, we crafted – “DRF-01” THE WORLD’S FIRST QR AUTHENTICATED forged Monoblock wheel from the ground up. It has become the best forged wheel engineered product ever, combining AUTHENTICITY, AERODYNAMICS & PERFORMANCE, “DRF-01” has reset the world’s expectations for the wheel of the 21st century. Specifically engineered “SLITS WITHIN THE SPOKES” helps with aerodynamics “CUTTING AIR” technology. Real-Time AUTHENTICITY VERIFICATION incorporating QR Code scanning through any modern mobile phone camera makes it convenient and gives end-users a STATEMENT OF IDENTITY. A record of 1.93 seconds is only needed to scan and authenticate a product connected through our cloud servers from anywhere on this planet. In 2020, Dwarf Racing expanded its product line with titanium metals, specifically Grade 5 “Titanium DR-01” this is significantly stronger than commercially pure titanium (grades 1-4) while having the same stiffness and thermal properties. Among its many advantages, it is heat treatable. This grade is an excellent combination of strength, corrosion resistance, weld and fabricability. Dwarf Racing also further expanded our product line with chemical products to complement finished engineering products. Completing Dwarf Racing’s Founder “Rainbow Master Plan”, we introduced “GREEN MONSTER DR-1”, “ELIMINATOR DR-01” and many more. Only the best chemical properties are used and selected through endless patterns of experiments for the perfect application. High volume production permits the best bang for buck products to our end consumers. We also expanded our product line to applicators, specifically “GLOVE DR-01”, “SPARKLE DR-01”, “SCRUBBER DR-01” and many more. We are proud to say that we are the “WORLD’s FIRST” wheel company to have all our wheel designs hand sketched by our design engineers. We have crafted more than 100 intrigue and exotic wheel designs on our catalogues which are all designed from scratch by our in-house artist. However, if you happen to not like what you see on our catalogues, we welcome challenges. At Dwarf Racing, we can manufacture a FORGED MONOBLOCK WHEEL (One-Piece) up to a negative offset (extreme) while still maintaining the highest level of SAFETY, PERFORMANCE & STYLE. A simple guideline to offset is when the ET value is HIGHER (+40 +50), the wheels will protrude further in. A LOWER ET value (+20 +10 -10), results in moving the wheel protruding further out of the wheel arch. Our production can support the crafting of FORGED MONOBLOCK WHEELS from 16 inches to 24 inches in diameter. Cast Wheels & Flow Foam Wheels will not be able to achieve such a low aggressive offset (One-Piece) while still maintaining SAFETY factor intact. They are often compensated by making the wheel into a (Two-Piece) wheel to achieve the required offset for the specific vehicle. Most OEM/Original Cast wheels exit from the factories with (+40 +60) offsets, performance vehicles will come lower. A well-crafted FORGED MONOBLOCK WHEEL is a God-given piece of engineering product that is worth an eternal admiration. We know of an acquaintance who has been using a custom Monoblock RUF Wheel on his Porsche 930 (911 Turbo) for the past 30 years with no wheel warp issues.
