What a huge difference! Flipping the warm tones into a cool tones is refreshing! LED light strips against the reflective glass backsplash brightens makes the kitchen look more spacious. Still providing a substantial storage space, a tall unit is placed in the corner with a middle niche. This allows for a flexible change of appliances if needed.

Cement screed for the kitchen walls gives a raw and rugged feel. We applied a top coat to help seal and protect the cement screed finishing. Dark wooden vinyl floors with white walls for the rest of the house. White, grey and black colour palette gives it a contrasting and clean look.

A cool and clean greyscale theme for this home. An ‘L’ shape table that is well integrated in the kitchen serves a very convenient space for a quick breakfast before the start of a very busy day.
Hacking was unavoidable in the Living and bedrooms as the existing floor tiles are ‘loose’. Ignoring it will cause even bigger problems in the future. Vinyl flooring is then used for the rest of the house in a light wooden grey tone. A dark grey wall made it chic and created a cozy feeling in the Living room.

A simple ‘L’ shaped top and bottom kitchen cabinets with a tall unit for a built-in convention oven and a niche for microwave oven. Keeping a plain colour palette of white and grey laminates with a black quartz worktop for a clean look. A partition wall was built to create another bedroom in this 5-room flat and finished with a pop of blue. Cove lighting was also done for a soft look in the Living and Dining area.

Full wall and floor overlay with a greyscale theme for a fresh look! Owners loved the full makeover from a dull brown to a classy marble wall tile. A box up with matching laminate was done to hide the PVC pipes. The most attractive part of this master bathroom was the feature wall which was done with a mixture of grey chevron pattern wall tiles.

Completed just in time for Hari Raya! The owners were so happy! We did full masonry works for the kitchen and 2 baths. Overlay vinyl flooring and painting works for the whole unit. Owners decided to forgo top cabinets and chose prominent designs for their kitchen wall tiles instead. This creates volume while still having a spacious kitchen. We also installed full height wardrobes for maximum storage space for all 3 bedrooms too~

Converting a bare industrial unit to a comfortable working space. It consists of 2 personal offices, a meeting room and 4 various sized storage spaces. Basic construction of partition walls, sliding doors, glass swing door, electrical works and incompliance to SCDF requirements. 2 types of floorings are used for this unit; vinyl flooring for office spaces with lower footprint and epoxy finish to sustain high traffic flows with heavy loads.

Adding warm cove lighting in the living room creates a very cozy feeling for chilling in front of the TV at the end of the day. It is a contrast to the rest of the house. Light wooden laminate and vinyl flooring is used in the kitchen as well as bedrooms for a light and airy feeling. Client prefers a walk-in closet built by partition walls as it provides a separate space within the bedroom.
